Who We Are

MT. EMMONS MOLY COMPANY
Mt. Emmons Moly Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thompson Creek Metals Company USA and was formed for the sole purpose of holding and managing the operations of Thompson Creek’s Mount Emmons Project. Mt. Emmons Moly Company is the operator of the Mount Emmons Project.

The Mount Emmons Project consists of an agreement, dated August 19, 2008, between Thompson Creek Metals Company and U.S. Energy Corp. U.S. Energy is the owner of various properties situated on Mount Emmons which contain a high grade molybdenum deposit. Over the past three decades, these properties have been held by numerous mining companies, including AMAX Inc., Cyprus-Amax Minerals Company and Phelps Dodge Corporation. MORE INFORMATION>>

THOMPSON CREEK METALS COMPANY, INC.
Thompson Creek Metals Company, Inc. is one of the largest publicly traded, pure molybdenum producers in the world. The company owns the Thompson Creek open-pit molybdenum mine and mill in Idaho, a metallurgical roasting facility in Langeloth, Pennsylvania and a 75% share of the Endako open-pit mine, mill and roasting facility in northern British Columbia. Thompson Creek has two high-grade underground molybdenum deposits, the Davidson Deposit, near Smithers, B.C., and the Mount Emmons Deposit near Crested Butte, Colorado. MORE INFORMATION>>
